Kayaking on Lake Razelm: wind and waves
Lake Razelm is a very wide stretch of water, and the wind can pick up quickly. When it does, short, choppy waves build up that can put a beginner in trouble.
My tip
Take the kayak out on the sheltered channels, and onto the lake only early in the morning, when the water is like glass.
